Who This Policy Applies To

  • Any learner under the age of 18

  • Vulnerable adults (e.g., those with disabilities, mental health conditions, or other risk factors)

  • All staff, contractors, facilitators, and external partners involved in course delivery

Safeguarding Measures in Place

  • Clear guidance for learners on how to report concerns or inappropriate conduct

  • Prompt response procedures and referral to appropriate safeguarding authorities if needed

  • Confidential handling of all reports in accordance with our Data Protection Policy
