Who This Policy Applies To
Any learner under the age of 18
Vulnerable adults (e.g., those with disabilities, mental health conditions, or other risk factors)
All staff, contractors, facilitators, and external partners involved in course delivery
Safeguarding Measures in Place
Clear guidance for learners on how to report concerns or inappropriate conduct
Prompt response procedures and referral to appropriate safeguarding authorities if needed
Confidential handling of all reports in accordance with our Data Protection Policy
